Certificates are published openly in the COA Library rather than issued per order, so you can read the laboratory's report before ordering, not after. Independent verification is expanding across the catalogue, with further tests in progress across September and October. If you want your specific batch independently checked, send a sample to one of the labs on our testing page (/testing): a result you commission yourself carries more weight than one handed to you by a seller. Any independent lab result below the product's stated guaranteed minimum purity, or a sealed-vial endotoxin or sterility failure, raised within 14 days of delivery, is reviewed under our Purity Guarantee and, where verified, refunded or re-shipped.
