    How verification works

    You order and we deliver it.

    Only delivered orders can be reviewed.

    We send a private link.

    The link is unique to that order and cannot be guessed, shared or reused.

    Your review is published against that order.

    It shows the order date and a partly masked order number, so you can see it is real without exposing anyone's details.

    Why we do it this way

    Fake reviews are illegal in the UK. Since April 2025, businesses must take reasonable steps to make sure the reviews they publish are genuine, and writing, commissioning or hosting fake reviews is banned outright under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act.

    We could have taken the minimum approach. Instead every review on this page is tied to a specific order in our system, because in a market where anyone can type anything, the only thing worth showing you is feedback we can prove is real.

    What we never do

    • We never write, buy or commission reviews.
    • We never offer discounts, points or anything else in exchange for a review.
    • We never remove or decline a review for being critical. Reviews are scanned for words and terms we are not allowed to publish, then they go live.
    • We never edit a customer's words.
