Our MOQ is 1 Box per SKU. A Box equals 10 vials or 3 tubs of the same compound. Capsules ship in 30 or 60 count bottles with their own MOQ shown on each listing.

Not directly. If you only need a few vials, use our Share Buy programme to split a 10-vial Box with other verified buyers and pay only for your share, plus a small secondary-shipping fee.

How do I place an order?

Create a buyer account (or check out as a guest), browse the catalogue, add Boxes to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Logged-in buyers can pay by Instant Bank Pay, card, or bank transfer. Guests receive a secure payment link by email after placing the order.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

We do not ship individual samples. The 1 Box minimum, or a Share Buy slot, is the lowest entry point. Independent purity testing is available through an accredited ISO 17025 lab on receipt, see our Recommended Labs at /testing.

Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically on larger orders and a 5% community credit is issued when you upload a verified third-party COA. Contact sales for custom quotes on orders above 10 Boxes per SKU.

We source factory-direct, cut out resellers, and pass the saving through with a small fixed margin. Pricing sits well below retail research-chemical sites because there is no reseller margin.

Prices display in USD, GBP, or EUR. Live FX rates are fetched weekly and converted totals are rounded up to the nearest unit.

All listed prices are exclusive of VAT, customs duties, and import taxes. These are the buyer's responsibility in the destination country.

Yes. Discount codes apply at checkout and respect minimum-order thresholds and per-email usage limits. Welcome and verified-COA credits are issued automatically when eligible.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, most of Asia, and the Middle East. We do not ship to Russia, Belarus, or any country in Latin America (Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and South America). Orders placed with a delivery address in a restricted country will be cancelled and refunded.

Which countries do you not ship to?

As of 2026 we do not accept orders bound for Russia, Belarus, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, South America, China, Hong Kong, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Israel, or any country in Africa. Customs, regulatory, and sanctions conditions in these markets make reliable, compliant delivery impossible for us. If your delivery address is in one of these regions the cart will block checkout and any accidental order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

How much is shipping?

Factory Direct shipping is a flat £39.99, free over £750. UK Express shipping is £7 in the UK (free over £100), £18 to the EU and £25 rest of world. Equivalent flat amounts apply in USD and EUR.

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

We aim to dispatch UK Express orders within 24 hours. Factory Direct orders are dispatched by our manufacturing partner within 48 hours. Orders ship on Royal Mail 24. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 days from dispatch, and can be affected by public holidays and Royal Mail service levels. Wholesale factory shipments take 5 to 15 business days, and capsules ship in 3 to 5 weeks while production rotates.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Tracking is usually available within 1 to 2 working days on UK Express, and typically within 7 days on Factory Direct. We email it to you as soon as we have it. Logged-in buyers can follow status in My Orders and receive SMS updates if enabled. Guests receive tracking by email.

Who handles customs clearance?

The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance procedures. We provide the paperwork needed for a smooth customs process and replace shipments lost or seized in transit on receipt of the carrier or customs notice.

We are transitioning to our new Peptx 3.0 label design. Until existing stock rotates through, orders may ship with the previous label. The product, manufacturer and sourcing are unchanged. The stated guaranteed minimum purity is a research-reagent characterisation standard enforced through a 14-day refund or replacement window backed by an independent lab report; it is not a medicinal-quality or GMP standard and does not imply fitness for human or veterinary use.

Yes. Buyers who upload a verified third-party COA receive a one-time 5% discount code (minimum order value £200, valid 90 days). Capped at four credits per uploader in any 30-day window to prevent abuse.

What happens if I receive a product that does not meet quality standards?

You are covered. If independent testing shows a result below the product's stated guaranteed minimum purity, or a sealed vial fails an accredited endotoxin or sterility test, we refund or re-ship within 14 days. Damaged in transit or seized at customs, same coverage. Send a photo or your customs notice and we sort it without extra paperwork.

How do I make a refund or replacement claim?

Submit your claim within 14 days of delivery. Submit it through our contact page at peptx.co.uk/contact with your order reference, the SKU(s) in question, and a copy of the third-party lab report. Claims without valid independent lab documentation cannot be processed.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items should be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Send photos with your report. Approved claims are replaced or credited inside 10 business days.

What counts as valid third-party testing?

Accepted Answer

Testing must be performed by an accredited, independent laboratory (an accredited ISO 17025 lab, see our Recommended Labs at /testing). The report must clearly identify the product tested, the batch or SKU, the testing method (HPLC, LC-MS, or Mass Spectrometry), and the purity result. Self-conducted or unverifiable tests are not accepted.

Can I get a refund for reasons other than purity?

Refunds outside the purity guarantee are limited to damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments. We do not refund for change of mind, incorrect ordering, customs seizures (these are reshipped), or delays outside our control. See our Terms page for full details.

Register as a supplier, access the Supplier Portal from your dashboard, complete your factory profile, and upload your price list as Excel. Listings are reviewed before going live and COAs can be attached per SKU.

Orders can be cancelled before payment is received. Once payment has cleared and the order is being processed, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
