Purity Guarantee

All Peptx products are research reagents supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. We carry out independent random checks on our stock and publish the results in our COA library.

“Typically 99%+ purity (HPLC)” describes what standard research peptides commonly achieve. It is not the guarantee. The guarantee is the minimum stated on each product, which depends on the compound:

• Standard research peptides: guaranteed ≥98% (typically 99%+)
• Large proteins and growth factors (for example IGF-1 LR3): ~95%
• Copper complexes (GHK-Cu) and NAD⁺: ≥98%
• Blends: a guaranteed minimum for each active
• Biologics: specified by potency or units, not purity %
• Diluents (bacteriostatic or sterile water): sterile, USP grade

All of the following must be met:

• The claim reaches us within 14 days of delivery, through our contact page or Support@peptx.co.uk.
• The vial tested came from that order and was sent to the lab sealed and unopened.
• The test was done by a recognised independent testing laboratory (our testing page lists some). Home, self-run or unverifiable tests are not accepted.
• The report shows the lab’s name, the sample ID, the test date, the method (for example HPLC) and the result, and we can confirm it with the lab directly.
• The result is below the guaranteed minimum stated for that product.

We may ask for photos of the remaining vials and their batch labels, or for the remaining vials themselves (at our cost) so we can test them.

• We review every claim and confirm the report with the lab.
• An accepted claim is put right by replacing the affected vials. We refund them only if we cannot replace them within a reasonable time.
• Your testing costs are not reimbursed.
• A claim that fails these conditions, or a report that cannot be confirmed, is refused.

Purity figures relate to the compound as supplied (lyophilised). The guarantee does not cover vials that have been opened, reconstituted or mixed, or stored or handled outside the directions. Research use only, not for human or animal consumption. This guarantee sits alongside our Terms and does not affect your statutory rights.
