Refund & Returns Policy

All PeptX products are laboratory reagents supplied strictly for research use only (RUO) and are not for human or animal consumption. Please order carefully.
Returns
For safety and product-integrity reasons we cannot accept returns of reagents once they have been dispatched. Opened, used, or reconstituted vials are non-returnable.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or an item is missing, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with your order reference and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Non-delivery / lost in transit
All orders ship tracked. If tracking shows no movement, or your order has not arrived within the stated dispatch and delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Where a parcel is confirmed lost, we will replace or refund it. Royal Mail asks that we allow the standard tracking window to elapse before a parcel can be declared lost.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order that has not yet been dispatched for a full refund: email us with your order reference. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 72 hours.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank-transfer refunds are returned to the sending account.
Change of mind
Because research reagents cannot be resold once they leave our facility, we are unable to refund for change of mind after dispatch.
