Most research peptides we supply are not scheduled substances and can be lawfully imported for in-vitro laboratory research. Buyers are responsible for confirming the regulatory status of any specific compound in their state. All products supplied by PeptX are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and are NOT for human or animal consumption.

Will my shipment clear Australian customs?

Yes in the vast majority of cases. PeptX pre-completes all customs paperwork with appropriate HS codes for laboratory reagents. We have not had a tracked shipment fail to clear in normal operating conditions.

How long does shipping to Australia take?

Accepted Answer

Typical transit is 7 to 12 business days from dispatch. Orders to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane usually arrive in the lower end of that range; Perth and remote areas closer to 12 days.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We ship to a verified street address for laboratory or research delivery. PO box delivery is not supported because tracked international courier requires signature on delivery.
