    How the calculation works

    A lyophilized peptide vial contains a fixed mass in milligrams. When you add bacteriostatic water, that mass dissolves into a liquid concentration in mcg per mL. Dose in mcg divided by concentration gives draw volume in mL. Multiplying mL by 100 converts to units on a standard U-100 insulin syringe. The peptide identity does not enter this calculation, only mass, volume and dose.
